Finish Line Adjusters, LLC ("FLA," "we," "us," or "our") operates finishlineadjusters.com and provides independent insurance adjusting and underwriting inspection services. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

We collect what you choose to give us through our forms, plus basic technical data your browser sends automatically.

• Claim assignments. Carrier or client contact name, company, email address, phone number, and the claim details you enter.
• Roster applications. Name, email address, phone and mobile number, current firm, licensed states, estimating software, experience and availability, and your text message consent selection.
• Technical data. IP address and the date and time of your submission. We record these as proof of consent and to block automated form abuse.

We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, medical records, or payment details through this website, and our forms ask you not to send them.

How we use it

• To respond to claim assignments and route them to the right adjuster.
• To review roster applications and contact applicants about them.
• To notify adjusters and inspectors about assignments, reassignments, and due dates.
• To meet licensing, insurance, and recordkeeping obligations.
• To keep this website secure and working correctly.

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it.

Text messaging

If you give us a mobile number and check the text message consent box on our roster form, you consent to receive operational text notifications from FLA about claim and inspection assignments, reassignments, and due dates. Consent is optional and is never a condition of joining the roster, of receiving work, or of any other business relationship with us.

When you opt in we keep a record of your name, mobile number, the date and time of consent, the IP address the consent came from, and the exact wording of the consent box as it was shown to you.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop, or HELP for help. The full program terms are in our Text Message Terms and Conditions.

Sharing

We share information only as needed to do the work you asked us to do:

• Carriers and clients who assigned the claim or inspection.
• Adjusters and inspectors on our roster assigned to the file.
• Service providers who run our website, email, and messaging infrastructure, who may use the information only to provide those services to us.
• Legal and regulatory disclosures where required by law, subpoena, or a licensing authority, or to protect our legal rights.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. As stated above, text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.

Retention and security

We keep form submissions and consent records for as long as the purpose requires and as long as our legal and licensing obligations require. Opt-out records are kept after an opt-out so we can honor the request. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted connections to this site, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

• Stop text messages at any time by replying STOP, or by calling or emailing us.
• Ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. We will respond as applicable law requires, subject to records we are obligated to keep.

Cookies

This site may use cookies and similar technologies to function correctly and to understand aggregate traffic. You can set your browser to refuse them; parts of the site may not work as intended if you do.

Children

This website and our services are intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
