For adjusters

You'll know what good looks like on day one.

We're always talking to licensed independent adjusters for daily claims, liability work, underwriting inspections, and storm deployment. Written expectations, and a pay schedule you can plan around.

What we look for

Documentation and communication, in that order.

  • Active adjuster license in at least one state
  • Xactimate and XactAnalysis experience preferred
  • Ladder assist or drone capability a plus
  • Contact attempts made on time and logged
  • Photo sets and file notes a reviewer can follow
  • Professional on site and in writing, every time

How to apply

Use the roster form, then email your resume and license copies to HR@FinishLineAdjusters.com. Tell us your home state, non-resident licenses, estimating platform, and the area you'd deploy to.

Questions before you apply?

Call and ask. We'd rather answer it now than have you find out on the first file whether the work suits you.

Onboarding

No guessing at the standard.

Every file you handle runs the same seven tracked stages, so you always know where you stand and what's due next.

  1. File guidelines

Written handling standards up front — photos, notes, scope, and what a complete file contains.

  2. Timeliness

Contact, appointment, inspection, and upload targets, plus the communication cadence expected.

  3. Invoicing

Time and expense documentation standards, mileage at the IRS rate, and how billing gets submitted.

  4. Deployment

Coordination support for storm work — area assignment, volume expectations, and escalation.

The work

Property, liability, and inspections.

Wind and hail through the storm season, fire and water year round, liability investigation, and underwriting inspections between deployments. If you want steady work rather than only chasing catastrophes, there's a lane for that here.

  • Daily claims across Missouri and surrounding states
  • Storm deployment when volume spikes
  • Underwriting inspection routes between claim work

Get on the roster before storm season.

The adjusters who get called first are the ones already onboarded when the volume arrives.
